To the west is Kensington with the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace and Gardens. Kensington and Chelsea is an extremely affluent area. The focus of the area is Kensington High Street, a busy commercial centre with many shops, typically upmarket. The Kensington and Chelsea area benefits from excellent transport links. South Kensington station is served by the Circle, District and Piccadilly Lines. Victoria Station also provides access to the National Rail, coach interchange and Victoria tube station (Circle, District and Victoria lines).
