Last night saw the official opening of our latest City property, Octagon Point, St Paul’s. We were pleased to host over 130 guests at the event which was held in the fantastic customer lounge which benefits from spectacular views of St Paul’s Cathedral and 360 degree views over the city. Following an extensive refurbishment of the octagonal building, guests were given a tour showcasing its contemporary fit out, floor to ceiling glazing and pristine finishes.
Octagon Point, St Paul’s is located at 5 Cheapside on a prominent Island site at the Cheapside and New Change junction and adjoins St Paul’s station, with Bank, City Thames link and Mansion House stations close by. LEO occupy the entire building, 7 floors, which is 40,126 sq ft in total. The grade A, 5-star serviced office accommodation is complimented by fully trained, uniformed, reception staff and administrative support and market leading IT. The building also offers a choice of four beautifully appointed meeting rooms that can seat upto 16 guests.
