London Executive Offices increases city offering with further space at One King William Street
6th August 2018
London Executive Offices (LEO), a leading provider of luxury serviced office space, virtual offices, and meeting rooms, has completed the lease of an additional two floors at One King William Street.
The two floors total 28,100 sq ft of prime office space, and bring LEO’s total provision of luxurious Grade A office space across the top five floors of the building to 57,600 sq ft. LEO completed the lease of three floors at One King William Street in April 2017 on a 15 year lease; these two further floors will run concurrently with the terms on the original floors.
Situated in the heart of the City, the striking corner building was recently refurbished throughout, and offers customers the latest in office solutions, as well as access to a 4,300 sq ft private roof terrace on the seventh floor that provides spectacular views over the Bank of England and across the City.
Beth Hampson, Commercial Director at LEO, said:
“The additional space that we have taken at One King William Street is testament to the appetite that we are continuing to see in the market, and from our customers, for high-quality, prime office space in the heart of the City. We saw strong occupancy of the initial space we acquired and increasing demand for more space. The new floors will not only serve to meet customer demand but will also provide an opportunity for further customer services, including the addition of a larger customer lounge.
“Despite macro influences on the London office market, there is still strong demand for grade A office space. The City remains a prominent part of our portfolio, providing businesses with high-quality flexible, serviced office space.”
This lease brings LEO’s total portfolio to 38 premium assets across London’s most prestigious locations. LEO’s best-in-class, luxury office accommodation features fully-inclusive, tailored and flexible solutions, market-leading technology and the highest quality of customer service.
