London Executive Offices adds 20 North Audley Street to West End Portfolio
5th June 2017: London Executive Offices (LEO), a leading provider of luxury serviced office space, virtual offices, and meeting rooms, has completed the lease of three floors at 20 North Audley Street, W1K.
The property, which comprises 31,600 sq. ft of Grade A office space, has been acquired on a 15-year lease from Global Holdings Management Group. This further increases LEO’s substantial presence in the West End and takes the company’s total portfolio to 820,000 sq. ft over 35 assets. The acquisition is in line with LEO’s growth strategy to continue its expansion of top addresses and first-class office space in central London’s most sought-after locations.
The newly acquired premium space comprises the first, second and fifth floors of the building, with the fifth floor featuring a private roof terrace with unrivalled views over Mayfair and beyond. The property benefits from a spacious, luxurious lounge and has been designed to a high specification, allowing the entire space optimum access to natural light.
Located in a well-known part of Mayfair, just off the top of Grosvenor Square, 20 North Audley Street is a prominent and newly refurbished corner building. It is ideally placed in close proximity to Selfridges and the other amenities of Oxford Street, the high-end boutiques of Mount Street, and is within five minutes’ walk of Bond Street Underground Station.
Beth Hampson, Sales and Marketing Director at LEO, commented:
“We are pleased to announce this latest, strong addition to our expanding portfolio. The acquisition complements our existing presence in the West End and further consolidates our position as the capital’s most exclusive serviced office provider. 20 North Audley Street is a prominent and impressive building, strategically located minutes from the amenities and transport links of Oxford Street.
