If you require the flexibility of working from one or more of our prestigious London business centres on a flexible basis, our hot desking service could be the ideal solution.

Can I use my Virtual Office address as my registered office address?

  • Yes, this service is available to all mail handling customers. An additional charge of £75 per month will apply should you wish to use your mail handling address as your registered office address. Please note: We do not display companies names in any of our buildings. We keep a list of companies using our addresses on the reception of the respective centre.

What does the telephone answering service include?

  • A London 020 7 number to use on all your company collateral and websites
  • Telephone operators will answer all calls made to your allocated number in your company name 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year
  • Calls can be transferred to any number of staff and colleagues within your company and you can choose to have calls put through or have messages sent via email.

Can I use the business centre facilities when I need to?

  • Yes, we offer a wide range of additional services on a pay-as-you-go and contract basis
  • These include hot desking and meeting rooms by the hour at discounted rates and executive business lounge membership
  • Our experienced business centre teams are also on hand should you need any business support. All our business centre additional services are available within our core business hours, Monday-Thursday 08.30-17.30 and Friday 08.30-17.00

How long will it take for my Virtual Office to become registered and active?

How long is the Virtual Office term?

  • All of our Virtual Office agreements are available for 3 or 12 month terms. If you are happy to commit to a 12 month agreement we’ll give you the first month free. In order to terminate any agreement we will require 2 months' prior written notice.

What if I want to upgrade from a Virtual Office to a serviced office?

  • As a Virtual Office customer, you can upgrade at any time without penalty and you will receive the last month rent-free on your new serviced office contract, subject to the terms agreed.

LEO Virtual Office agreement

  • When you purchase a LEO Virtual Office, confirmation will be emailed to you immediately.
  • Keep this confirmation safe as it forms your Agreement with LEO for the services purchased.
  • A member of our team will contact you within one working day to provide more details about the service and explain the necessary identification requirements.
  • Your service will commence when we have received the necessary identification documents (if applicable).

Virtual Office terms and conditions

  • All of our Virtual Office agreements are available for initial terms of either three or 12 months.
  • When you have selected your chosen Virtual Office services we will require specific personal and company identification.

Virtual Office payment requirements

  • We initially require the first month’s fee and a one off setup free
  • The card details supplied will then be charged automatically on a monthly basis using our recurring payment system. It is a secure service and payment card industry compliant.
