Introducing the Customer Service team
Louise Willer - Customer Services Director
Louise moved to London from Denmark 23 years ago. Prior to LEO, Louise worked in the hospitality industry for 17 years, starting as a reception and working her way to an executive manager position.
Louise joined LEO in 2006 as the General Manager of 42 Brook Street, 84 Brook Street and 53 Davies Street. Louise was promoted to AGM in 2014, and the following year was made Director of Customer Service. In 2016 she became Customer Service Director.
In her spare time Louise is kept busy by her two children and enjoys playing bridge and drinking champagne! Her goal for LEO it to increase the average score for the centre audits to 98%!
Ayesha Algama - Area Customer Services Manager
Much to Ayesha’s parents dismay, destiny paved her a path in Fashion Retail Management which spans 20 years. Ayesha’s favorite quote is ‘Everyone is a genius, But if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing it is stupid’ by Einstein. With this in mind throughout Ayesha’s career she has always thrived on identifying each individuals strengths and empowering them to reach or exceed their potential. Ayesha joined LEO in June 2016 as General Manager for 1 King Street and was recently promoted to her dream role as Area Customer Service Manager. Ayesha is committed to working with all the center teams to help deliver the highest service standards that make LEO truly aspirational.
Ayesha’s family originate from Sri Lanka (a small tropical Island in the Indian Ocean shaped like a tear drop). Although Ayesha was born and raised in London she was very fortunate to spend her childhood summers on her grandmother’s Coconut Estate climbing Mango trees and falling into Paddy fields surrounded by all the wonders that nature has to offer.
Adventure and travel is how Ayesha regenerates and grounds herself. She will always be exited to share stories and experiences from her travels in Asia. Malaysia was her latest destination where she thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing around Islands and nervously standing on glass platforms suspended 905 Feet above ground.
Gareth Thomas - Deputy Customer Services Manager
Gareth has worked for LEO for nine years, in a career which has seen him work in eleven different buildings, and in six different roles. Gareth was delighted to join the Customer Service Department on a permanent basis in March, and is very much enjoying his current role as Deputy Customer Services Manager.
Gareth discovered a love of performing at a young age, and would often put on one man performances of The Wizard of Oz for his family. After undertaking a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts, he went on to study for a degree in Contemporary Dance at the University of Chichester. At the same time he built up experience in retail, working in such varied places as a bookstore, his Student Union Bar, a coffee shop, a stationery shop, and an ice cream shop, before beginning his working life with LEO.
Outside of work, Gareth has continued to pursue his interest in performing, and as well as undertaking regular singing lessons, he has been part of an amateur Musical Theatre Company and appeared in productions of Sweet Charity, The Witches of Eastwick, Into the Woods and Urinetown. He also likes reading, has a great love of music, and, much to his surprise, has recently developed an interest in football.
