London Executive Offices adds second Curzon Street address to its Mayfair portfolio
19th June 2015: London Executive Offices, a collection of five-star serviced and virtual offices in central London, today announced that it has boosted its portfolio in the West End by completing the lease of 32 Curzon Street, W1J 7WS.
32 Curzon Street has been acquired on a 15 year lease and adds (circa) 7000 sq. ft. of serviced office space to LEO’s established West End portfolio.
The building is Grade II Listed, with a separate Grade II Listed temple façade in the garden and was previously the home of Radio England and Britain Radio. The building is situated on the south side of the internationally-known road which links Berkeley Square to Park Lane in the heart of Mayfair.
The acquisition of 32 Curzon Street comes shortly after the opening of 14 Curzon Street. Number 14 opened in March and is proving to be an extremely popular building within the portfolio and is already 60% occupied.
The latest addition fits in with LEO’s overall growth strategy to expand its prime central London portfolio, which so far in 2015 includes the lease of two floors in a prime building in the Chelsea/South Kensington area: Michelin House, 81 Fulham Road, SW3.
Conal O’Hara, Commercial Director, commented: “The acquisition of 32 Curzon Street is a tremendous addition to our West End portfolio and further consolidates our position as the capital’s most exclusive serviced office provider.
The building boasts beautiful architectural details and will be complemented by state-of-the-art technology and world class design sympathetic to its surrounds.”
The landlord was represented by GN2 and LEO was represented by Green Kinnear Real Estate.
