LEO Support

LEO’s dedicated in house support service offers our customers flexible remote and on-site support. Our monthly IT Support packages are designed to make it easier for you to focus on growing your business to increase efficiency, productivity and success by spending less time dealing with IT.

LEO Support Package

Monthly packages provide peace of mind knowing that all your IT support needs are covered:

  • Initial site survey
  • Equipment and application audit
  • Virus & Spyware removal
  • Kaspersky anti-virus*
  • Remote Lan / Wan Desktop support between 9am and 5.30pm
  • On-site support between 9am and 5.30pm
  • Minor moves, adds & changes
  • Third party application support**
  • Quarterly IT health check
  • Annual IT roadmap

 Basic  5 hours per month  £275 + VAT
 Advanced  10 hours per month  £375 + VAT
 Premium  15 hours per month  £475 + VAT

With a LEO Support Package, you also gain the benefit of saving approximately 20% on our standard support rates:

9am – 5.30pm £70 + VAT per hour £50 + VAT per hour

Ad-hoc IT Support

No upfront commitment while still benefiting from our experienced support team. Resource is allocated on a best endeavours basis.

Out of hours support is available on request and is subject to engineer availability.
