Our Payroll & HR Officer will be responsible for managing the entire payroll workflow and process for our employees from onboarding,movements within the business associated benefit records, absence management and exit from the
company. The payroll aspect of this role should take 2 weeks per month to complete and the remaining 2
weeks is to support the HR team with recruitment, exit interviews, supporting managers with simple employee
relation issues and ad hoc HR and Learning & Development requests.
