An inside look at the London Restaurant Festival | LEO – London Executive Offices

We are always on the lookout for new and exciting dining experiences, whether it is a place to entertain or impress clients or unwind with colleagues. If learning about the latest gourmet adventures London has to offer is of interest, read on!

The all-encompassing food affair, The London Restaurant Festival is back for a month of foodie events which will he held across the capital.

An annual event that takes place during October and incorporates over 350 restaurants around London. There are two main elements to the festival; the restaurant experiences and the festival menus. It ranges from chef-hosted lunches to tasting menus and restaurant-hopping tours where you can experience five restaurants in one day.

Festival menu highlights

 

Hutong at The Shard: Inspired by its famous namesake restaurant in Hong Kong, the Hutong menu features favourite northern Chinese recipes served with contemporary flair. The restaurant is housed on the 33rd floor of The Shard where you can enjoy unrivalled views of the London skyline.

 

Kaspar’s Seafood Bar & Grill at The Savoy: This informal yet luxurious dining experience evokes elegant 1920s style, where guests can indulge in sublime seafood specialities whilst envisaging the hotel’s rich and glamorous heritage.

 

Ametsa at COMO The Halkin Hotel:  This one star Michelin restaurant offers a unique and exquisite take on Basque cuisine. Introducing deep, earthy flavours and groundbreaking dishes, Ametsa has recently launched tapas and set lunch menus including fish and meat options.

Festival menus – Restaurant-hopping

Opt for one of the Champagne Gourmet Odysseys and get lunch at three top London restaurants – enjoy your first course in one, your main in another and dessert in a third or alternatively select one of the restaurant hopping tours and experience five different restaurants in one day.

Japanese Journey: Restaurants such as Kurobuta, Bo Drake, Chisou, Tonkotsu, Shoryu Ramen, Chisou Mayfair will offer you a mouth-watering experience of The Far East.
